Holy Burek officially opened its doors in Paris — and the City of Lights did what it does best: it turned a soft launch into a full-blown street celebration.
On February 4th, something happened in the 10th arrondissement.
Something buttery. Something loud. Something… holy.
Holy Burek officially opened its doors in Paris — and the City of Lights did what it does best: it turned a soft launch into a full-blown street celebration.
The Line Wasn’t a Line. It Was a Movement.
We expected excitement.
We did not expect hundreds.
People filled the shop, the sidewalk, the street — and even the opposite side like it was a burek pilgrimage. Paris didn’t just stop by. Paris queued with intention.
Flakes were flying, cameras were flashing, and strangers were bonding over one universal truth:
Golden layers unite.
DJs, Champagne, and Burek Until the Early Hours
This wasn’t your typical opening night with polite clapping and a ribbon-cutting.
This was burek with bass.
With @geroxxgero B2B @mooglie blessing the room, the ovens roaring behind the counter, champagne popping, cocktails flowing, and trays disappearing faster than anyone’s self-control…
The vibe didn’t just rise.
It ascended.
Paris danced. Paris devoured.
Paris flaked out — properly.
A New Chapter, Written in Butter
From our first shop in Dubrovnik to Dubai, and now Paris — with Miami opening at the end of March — this night felt like more than an opening.
It felt like proof.
Proof that burek belongs on a world stage.
Proof that tradition can be cool again.
Proof that Holy Burek isn’t just something you eat…
It’s something you experience.
Paris, Thank You
To everyone who came, waited, laughed, danced, ate, and made this night unforgettable:
You didn’t just show up.
You made it holy.
And this is only the beginning.
The 10th arrondissement has a new obsession.
Layer by golden layer.
Holy Burek Paris is open.
